The pixels will be stretched if you use cubes with decimal sizes with Per-Face UV
Im a bit confused
If your cubes are not nice numbers (they have decimals), and you are using Per-Face UV, then your pixels will be stretched.
You can fix this using the Auto-UV button (one of the buttons under the UV map) or by making your cube sizes whole numbers.
