What did you name the file and where in your pack is it?

I have 3 files named cherry_trapdoor_open cherry_trapdoor_bottom cherry_trapdoor_top

and it's in the models-block file

could you screenshot the file path to those models?
(so I can see the file path starting from at least the "assets" folder)

your assets folder is named wrong
It should be assets, not assest
