All of my stuff is wrong, and I don't know why

Every time I try to make something look smoother, but more artifacts like this keeps coming up for absolutely no reason. I'm getting frustrated because of the 20 of i had to fix for 5 seconds of animation.

i think i figured it out, the keyframes for some reason store data inbetween keyframes, so when i change a keyframe (rotation specifically for some reason (i think)) it doesnt change the inbetween so it just breaks, im guessing
therefor you would have to delete the keyframe and redo it to fix it

You would want to use curves to smooth out a lot of the inbetween better
