#Help with exporting custom model

I created a optifine entity model of a wooden crate, and i wanted to set it up as a donkey model (so i can use it as a loot crate) but i have no idea what i´m doing and my exported file has no data at all, can anyone help?

It was a free model from sketchfab but it was obj so i used the texture to make an optifine entity one, but i don´t think it worked, i tried editing the donkey model but it does not allow to change bones and stuff so idk how its supposed to work
