it should be the same steps

#

unless it saves them as .txt instead of .json

it saves them as txt, and I am not sure how to fix it.

Mine saves as geo.json

#

That's weird it saves as txt for you

#

Did you try file > save model?

delicate anchor
#

yes, regardless of how it exports, or is saved, it comes out as a txt.

hollow frigate
#

Could you send both files?
The file exported as txt from the beginning and the json file that gets exported as txt?

delicate anchor
#

yes give me a second to switch device.

#

One of them gets overrided by the prefix .txt, renaming the file and removing it will probably work

#

If you can't rename it

#

I can

Let me check.

#

I can't on the current device they're stored on.

hollow frigate
#

I renamed the file to remove the .txt

delicate anchor
#

it seems to work fine, appreciate the help

You can export a json file and rename to model.geo.json
