how to rotate more than 22.5 degrees?

i am trying to make a crown model and it locked to 22.5 degree turns (if it is not possible how mumbo made crowns)

As far as I can tell the crown model adheres to the 22.5° limitations for elements.
If you are talking about the crown being tilted, that's done with display settings and has nothing to do with the 22.5° element rotation limitation for the model (Edit mode).
