if i wanted to make a entity/mob mod like the dweller, which one should i choose? (+ concept)

Or if you want less limitations/more options you'd install the Geckolib plugin (in Blockbench) and use the format it ads. Just keep in mind that your mod then has the Geckolib mod as dependency.
