i don't think it did
damn i thought i remembered one
so the closest thing i got to a noise brush was using the brush color randomizer plugin, size 1, opacity 255 and softness 100 and then cranking the living hell out my mouse's sensitivity and start randomly drawing lines and shapes
now to see how this looks ingame
hmm need to make it have some depth variation
or well look like it anyway
Having the kind of noise that Blockbench (in the past) or a color randomizer plugin offer, wil never look good.
Not even the sand in Minecraft was made using noise.
it wasnt much help
all it does was like add or subtract 10% from the brightness
couldve done it manually but eh
"shortcuts" do rarely work to make good textures.
