what do i have to do to make my new mob appear in minecraft, in which folders do i have to put the model and the texture, i have been told to create it with the mod entity option.

For simple mods using something like MCreator will probably do and will take away coding to some degree.
I don't have any modding experience personally though, so I'm probably not the best source of information on that.
