#I'm trying to figure out the rotate, copy/pastes, flip selected textures tool and/or plugin?!

I can't remember is this is plugin or built-in and what the tool called or looks like, please help. I factory reset my blockbench and lost this tool that saved alot of time when texturing my models.

it's like slection single pices of the tetxure for exsample, you see the wood, rotate that or flip it upside down, only one of 4 of the wood texture, even thought, it all one texture fomate.

I mean, the old copy/paste tool had that I think
but that got replaced by the layer system and selection tool
