it's not letting me resize things into floats/decimals etc. It keeps rounding it to either 1 or 0 whenever i try to use ctrl to have a specific size like 0.8 or 0.5 etc.

you should be able to resize in increments... are you sure you selected bedrock entity?

minecraft skin

and converted it to modded entity

that honestly might be why

yeah, some formats don't allow incremental sizes
