Tho i have the problem that the Model is more at lower body hight and not attached to the head
Because the player head isn't that low as you put your model
Also, if you want it to move with the player's head you need to put everything in "Head" group

#

this is a player for reference
your model is nowhere near the head in regards to the y position

alright thx but how do i get it to that hight?

#

and where can i get a player model to avoid this issue in the future

#

ah i see i can move the whole model at a time

You know how you can add a new dummy avatar in that Figura menu ingame? That also has an option to include a default player model

ah

#

and can i put it in and move the band to the correct area and it will work?

So in your case it's probably best to make such a dummy avatar, then open it in Blockbench and use File > Import > Open Project > model test to get your head band to that dummy avatar, put it in the head group, position it properly and then just remove the dummy player
