You can use Blockbench's image mode to make textures.
could you tell me more about it?
You use the image format via File > New > Image, and then either make your own texture from scratch or paint over a Vanilla texture (which you can get from the default assets).

it has (almost) everything you need assets for, or as a example pack

might be a bit late, but basically mojang provided bedrock with the vanilla texture and behavior pack online
to make the pack, you should search up tutorials for more indepth explanation
try looking at bedrock.wiki and look at the texture pack part, although its mostly for addon-related stuff
there's also quite a few youtube tutorials about making a bedrock texture pacl
