Help with the resize of a model

Hi, i have a problem with my model. The problem is, i made my mob too small compared to the normal size of a player. There is chance to fix the problem? Becuse i don't want to remake the texture, i desire to resize the model in order to be bigger than the normal player. Thanks and sorry for bad english
