#Some faces bent weirdly awhile trying to model head

Mirror modelling can be a little bugged sometimes, I recommend deleting the buggy looking faces, then selecting 2 opposite edges to use the "Create Face or Edge" tool to recreate them.
You may want to temporarily toggle off Mirror modelling to clearly see what is happening and toggle it back on when everything is clear and symmetrical
is mirror mode still unusably bugged and creating a fuckton of duplicate polygons?
Sometimes it can duplicate the mesh on itself, or duplicate a face, but not nearly as often as before. I'm not sure about the exact conditions for it to happen.
Now when you hide the mesh is also hides the mirrored one, instead of duplicating it
