How to flip intire model?

im making a model for a texture pack,
to give it more variation i want to flip it

Also, for some reason it says this in my textures

right click the invalid texture > change file , and select the original texture

and this happens when texture are not saved in resource pack and its somewhere in your pc . or texture is not assigned to the model

select the model and in edit section ig there is flip option
