i want making loop cut on one face only, but when i try to do it all face also got cuted. can you guy tell me how to loop cut one face only without making all got cuted to?

Loop cut does not have a feature to only affect one face. Keep in mind having faces with more than 4 edges creates problems in some 3D programs.
If you still want to do that, you can work around it by selecting the extra edges you don't want, and using the Dissolve tool.

Go into Edge selection mode, select one or more edges and use the Dissolve tool (Edit > Mesh > Dissolve Edges, or add it to a toolbar in Edit Mode).
It will simply remove the edge, but to make the model work properly, you may have to edit it further.
