love it, but if it's supposed to fit the minecraft style i'd suggest making the handle a model, as well as making the circular parts 45° cubes instead of octagons
minecraft rarely uses 3d spritework and 3d models on the same model
Well like I said they do it in both Mc Dungeons & Legends
In Dungeons they specifically keep the pixelated handle like I did
dungeons and legends don't follow the minecraft style to a T
they take liberties for the sake of variation within the game
so did i
i just hope it still feels right in default.
keep in mind this is a named variant of a Netherite axe
so it's a player's choice to have this in their world + the player needs a Netherite axe first
I personally love the art direction of blending 2.5D pixel art with fully modeled 3D elements
