Is there an option for this? I did look through them but I didn't find anything in that regard.

whether the pivot point moves along with the cube or not depends on your movement mode (local, bone, global)

is there also a way to have local axis and the pivot point move along? basically I want it to move along no matter what coordinate system

changing the pivot point would change the visual position too, so you'd have really weird and unituitive values suddenly
