Hi, so, I have a relatively basic model that I am working on, and I want to apply a texture to this model. The section of the model that I have selected is circled in red. Ideally, what I expect to happen when I select these faces, the UV editor would ideally place the blue boxes (shown in other image) in the exact same orientation and layout as the model- however, it just overlaps them onto each other.
Ideally, what I am expecting to happen is I want to be able to drag this organized group of faces (and retain their order) to a specific part of my texture without having to specifically change every face of the selected model to pull from the right UV location. I will try to add more images below of what precisely I am trying to get across!
