The output log will show you errors related to resource packs in Minecraft: Java Edition. Here is how you can enable it: https://i.imgur.com/WbQZa6k.png
(PS: Optifine likes to hide vanilla errors/warnings for some weird reason, so always load the game up without it if you don't need it for your pack to work!)

Well, seems like lunar client is garbage (in regards to that) then.

at least according to the few posts I found about this, you will need to manually open the log files in a text editor and find the problems (which will not be highlighted like they would be in the actual output log) from here: C:\Users\Username\.lunarclient\offline\VersionOfChoice\logs
