Correct you have to make the animation a length I showed it on my stream

see that small bracket at the top there? It's a slider for how long the animation is and where it'll end

thats how I was able to increase the animation length
I reopened BB and imported the animation, same issue.

Again, it happened last few times I installed/used block bench before I reinstalled windows aswell
I had actually forgot prior to today that this was the lone reason I wasn't able to work on my Minecraft server

Yeah I'm so sorry you're having issues. It's very uncommon which is why I verify everything a few times, as 99.9999 percent of the time it's user error. We'll have to see what Jannis thinks.
