There may be an easier way, but I would just loopcut where I want it split, then delete the vertices of the side I don't want.
If there is an easier way, someone may drop in to share it.

Just curious, why do you want to split this model in half? Depending on your reason, I may be able to help you find a better solution.
I tried splitting your model, but it is a long and tedious process. There is no quick solution that I am aware of.
