Just try and use this thing. It does not match OSRS. It's like the special attack is not registering as an action. Instead, you have to click special, click the player, then click special attack again to use both specs. Something is off.
This is mostly noticle when comboing. Going straight for an Attack into maul works well. Comboing the spec with another weapon doesn't.

Try AGS Maul, or barrage maul. If you're an actual PKer, you'll notice it right away.
Even DH to maul is wonky.
Immeidantely after your tick registers with a 2h weapon, you should be able to spec instantly with maul. This does not work when using weapons such as DH axe, Hally, AGS/BGS, etc.

Keep going, it happens often, but not everytime. Try without spec, just a normal 2h hit and then double maul spec or single maul spec.

Yup, looks like you you have to add the handle first currently. This is a bug, I'll report it

If you’re clicking twice it’s because you missed the tick window and think you have to click again
