I run legionary normally in all content and it almost does not matter for me since i run an aoe class, while for some others it's disastrous, what's important about encounters is pressuring the player with different types of attacks at the same time, not a lot of the same

Also double fact check the reason why the heal can be so insane sometimes is because it has boss_hostile (which isn't perfect and can cause super fast attacks sometimes, particularly when both mob and player are moving)

So you have a very fast evoker that has a very fast melee attack that heals for a lot on each attack (even if the attack gets iframed or deals no damage)
