The way I see it could be used is if you oneshot mobs as a rogue, then use the massive speed burst to quickly reach the next one

Anyways my thoughts on exalted items is that the weapons are pretty darn good, but the armor and gear is more situational (I don't think any are without merit though, although I doubt c'zanil's charm is going to see much use)

I’m glad spiritspark flint made it to r3, have been using it since white and all the way to getting lightbringer/cscalawag.
It is kind of similar in terms of purpose with Abisso and I do hope one of them can be a little different, but overall I still like it

As far as the torsos go, I find they are both worse than my go-to Mycelian Mantra, both in terms of raw numbers and situational benefits. If I need extra Regen, I prefer to get it from Fungal Will. If Shroud had more Armor and Broodhide more Armor or HP, I'd probably be a bit more on the fence about them.

You know maybe it’s a bit too much to be able to hit for around 500ish plus in 1 hit with 1-1.16 attack speed as warrior, so they needed it so other times are more competitive.
Also with hammer of legacy we have 3 specialist axes to go with our 3 specialist swords

imo none of the item are too op or weak , all of them are viable in their ways . both chestplate are good enough for warrior /armor rouge . bow is good enough . ixume is viable for rouge in some situ. zanil is a must pick for regen stack ( hp stacking). spiritspark ( although nerfed) is still a good weapon for armor user ( 1.1 attack speed for me). charm is useful as cleric ( more buff is needed tho). the orange boot is fine ( tempo is decent with speed and it seems to be viable for scout)
