if say you have 30 and -3, then the second half would be -45/27 = -1.7 which means that you would actually add an additional 1.7 armor to your calculation, just by simply having negative agility.
wouldn't effect conditionals, but it absolutely would effect your raw DR
the final calc would be i think damage * 0.96^(28.7).
which means -3 agility at 30 armor is actually - 1.7 armor
so at 33 armor this thing is removing like, 4.7 armor.

(the shaman has 90 base hp, at 1.3x that would be 117hp which would instantly trigger totem)
Honestly I was sleeping on it when I thought DT+ was good but the amount of damage it does is equal to like a strong hit and a half even against skeletal mobs

Yeah, but if it's an immortal pet, Striders and Polar Bears might be a bit on the big side, both in and out of combat, physically bocking attack angles (especially in narrow passages like the end of Blue-Earth). Cause Elemental Spirits is a passive skill, it doesn't have triggers by default.

Let's say Inferno Dmg Multiplier 1x
Inferno Charm DMG Mult = 100% base
After Calder's Charm it would be 50% multiplier or 0.5x
After a couple of charms that give +50% total it would be 100% multiplier which is 1x
If these couple of charms were added by themselves without Calder's charm, it would be 100+50=150% which is 1.5x. It would only be +150% if the charms added up to 150% making it 250%, which is theoretically very impossible with our current items.

because there's no charms so far that speed up inferno ticks.
The biggest downside to inferno in general is how slow it is and your charm's only purpose would be to show really big inferno numbers.
Take Spellbound Spearhead for example, which gives 110% mana lance dmg and +100% Cooldown (let's forget it gives +100% range too). If you want to make the best mana lance dps build, you wouldn't take it at all because there's a lot more Mana Lance +% dmg items than there are Mana lance -% Cooldown items.

Combat = defeating foes to eliminate them to either gain reward or eliminate them as factors leading to failure, however you increase risk temporarily for reduced risk immediately after
Offense = making you better at removing factors reducing the amount of time you increase risk in combat.

I would like to see more meme charms honestly/fun to mess with charms, like frenzy since they can provide a good laugh from time to time (ie watching 10 foxes just ZOOM at a mob).
A few of ideas:
-Alchemist charm where you throw potions in 8 direction (+7 potions), but -87.5% potion damage (each potion will deal 1/8 of original damage), costs +7 potions, and nerfs all other abilities in relation to scaling with potion damage respectively (not an alch expert, but I know some of you are)
-Fox frenzy charm but instead for parrots... bird swarm.
-Cleric Charm that heals both players AND mobs (mobs by likely less than 1% to avoid trolling, or make it unusable in certain situations. Kinda getting this vibe from the pokemon move heal pulse) Or a cleric heal that drains all of your health, leaving you at 1 hp (only works on self not nearby entities/players, don't want toxic ppl)
-Warlock charm that spawns more vexes in relation to the spec class (if you can't see already, having more summons for no reason is a bit of a trend)
-Negative status effects (generalist charms, with only negative stats)
-Fox charm being inverted (ie dolphins spawn on land and not water, striders in water, foxes in lava)
That cleric charm that drains teammate Hp is toxic. You don’t want a class to ever debuff another player.

Well they can in some cases, like adding piercing to quickdraw and volley (May be wrong but thats because those were previous features later removed) in this case the effect can be added quite easily because its already on an enhancement, its function is to not use that enhancement point on crusade so you can use it on something else. Whether its balanced or the devs want to make a change like that is not certain

Cry havocs damage nerf is not so much on the charm itself, but the skill still has very strong damage applications that you are disincentived to use. It represents an enormous amount of thunder omen inflictions and has the highest total damage of a mage skill before charm modifiers iirc
Cry Havoc is still more of a light sneeze compared to the complete ripping apart and frankensteining Aether Turbine does for the same cost though

so you just get cry havoc on swordsage
