I came up of this scenario because I encountered the problem of double killing in UHC.
What Siphon + would look like is that while you get the effects of Siphon you will also receive resistance as soon as you kill them (being the same amount of time as the regeneration from Siphon).
Benefits:
- No more double killing
- You can't get 1 tapped clean
- Makes playing as a solo a little better if ct is off
- Team fights might happen if people want to play off the small amount of res
