#stop hosting rates and scenarios that promote iron fights

tier 3 on iron armour does ridiculous damage and the low cave rates high ore limiter games of recent make it so that the gear differential is pretty high between an unlucky and lucky player. One team struggles to find enchants while another is 3/4s each at pvp.

Surely the game is more fun for everyone if players dont die in 3 hits 🙂

I think more people would be comfortable to go up at pvp if they had the gear to do so too

while if there are low rates sure theres a lucky team and there will always be one but most teams will be p low geared

that to3 we found a lot of people running around on surf considering we were full iron enchanted at pvp

if it’s higher rates, the lowest u can be is like half ench when u go up and i think its much easier to fight the “lucky” full diamond team as opposed to low rates when ur clean iron unench fighting a “lucky” half diamond enchanted. Also higher rates nerfs xrayers because everyone will be much closer gear with them.

and yeah power 3 is way easy to get for how much it does to everyone in these low rates games

Can do higher or rates with like a 16 diamond limit

You’d have to get a few kills to be full dia and people wouldn’t be screwed over not being enchanted

If you’re at least one piece enchanted you can do anything

16 limit is good cause you can go enchants and chest or enchants bad half

I’ve said it before and idk what it’d be like in practice but limiting all enchants to tier 2 could be interesting to try

Idk limiting tier 2 is ass for people with kills. Someone with 10 kills would have the same gear as someone that just mined full diamond

the difference is that u can always run from a guy with sharp 3 and never have to engage with them

Definitely a problem reduced if everyone had access to decent gear before pvp

My biggest problem with the rates is the ore limiter seems inconsistent

in 35 35 you either have to go up full iron and risk running into the team that got 'lucky' and are half+ each or cave longer and just hope you can mine for some more pieces

This is a good suggestion since once you get past 30% removed it’s literally just luck on if your gonna mine nothing, or get full diamond and 20 gaps vs where the fights could be more fun and skill based.

Imo we should nerf how easy it is to get power 3 since theres not much counterplay (maybe some people would be less tended to dig down)

Sharpness 3 is like fair because u gotta at least get to melee range and if ur unlucky with books it takes longer to get while power 3 if u get a mineshaft it's just almost instant
