It’s not really enforced well, and like a real punishment, not two hours, maybe a week

I don't think spoiling warrants the same length as discrimination and longer than harrassment

also how is it not enforced well?

@brisk wagon I believe what is being discussed is sharing things through VC and other means that aren't in the control of staff

but a long punishment for spoiling will not do anything

and it is unreasonable
