if u get a kill u get an extra tier on a random weapon or armor and if nothing is enchanted on kill u get straight up sharp 1 or power 1 or prot1

It should probably be capped at tier 3. If someone mines like half prot 3 and sharp 3 it would just be too op

each item can only be upgraded once, but all enchants on that item get upgraded

so if u have a power 3 punch2, it become p4 p3
