You should be able to do /info pre game if you are the host of the game.

i complained about not being able to do this in staff chat ages ago and it went nowhere

hopefully it goes somewhere this time ^_^

i do not like having to wait until after ive started a game (especially like a market or captains) to check if somebody is ban evading

just even more refunding/subbing to do for the host
