Fake stats for nick/nick+

Would probably add a cool element to nick would also make nicks a bit harder to spot

You can also do /list and see the ranks of people who are nicked which is kinda dumb, like if you know a certain person with nick has a certain rank (twitch, Star, etc.) then you can just know their nick

I think they should be defaulted to no rank when they nick

maybe make it so when you /nick and it makes you relog have it show different ranks you want it to display (star, no rank, etc)

Nick+: /nick name true/false(random skin) true/false(hide supporter rank)
