hey um, my game drops from consistent locked 71 fps on the lowest settings to like 15 fps in certain areas like the cave entrance on the 213 park homes map, and theres lots of spots like these where my fps drops for seemingly no reason? im on an rx 580 (overclocked) which i would consider a good mid-end card for 1080p gaming these days, any reasons to why this could be happening? every vid i see is so smooth everywhere and im just suffering here :( ive also tried using AMD's FSR, and even on performance, the performance barely changes from 28 fps to 32 in one of the rooms upstairs

Unfortunately. Off the top of my head my rifle has the Bravo Company B5 from the M1 rifle, but it's OD green. The Magpul sights the 416 uses, as well as the raptor ambi charging handle it uses as well. Picatinny rail. And a magpul OD green pistol grip. So yeah, it'd be a process to do, but I'd have to learn what I was doing first.

Enemy speed is an issue overall still.

They move far too quickly from side-to-side, and sustain rather unreasonable accuracy while in mid-motion with poor form. That said, I suspect they'll give the enemy more convincing animations and more fluid movement with time.

What that guy managed is rather athletic. Mid-surprise, moving in a strafe and placing accurate fire...a lot of people would trip over their feet attempting such a thing, in my estimation. That said, I'm no tactical expert. Could be video evidence of suspects doing precisely this before? To me, it comes off as very unbelievable. Either way, I think enemies are overly aggressive, aware, and effective for the most part.

...and all of that said, I still finish the majority of my missions without deaths, so it's not like the game's too hard, but man, watching that clip made me feel for you dude. Your tracking wasn't that bad, all things considered!

back in the dark ages, lewd provided some hope.
Sure, she had strong criticisms of void, but she had information no one knew about. Naysayers believed that she "simped for void" and that her datamines were fake.
It also says something about void when they continue to endorse and support her work even though she was banned for leaking nda content. Void could've easily dmca'ed the dataminers.
Even with the initial mod server's downfall, it's old news at this point; in a way, I completely understand her frustrations.

Basically, I'm not sure I fully expect the movement/animations/shooting to remain like this forever. Squad as another example had a completely different movement, animation, and recoil system, then in 1.0 thru 1.2, they overhauled the core of the game to be polished.

But I'm being optimistic. Don't know till we know.

Iirc by being “hard to work with” they meant they had a problem with the pathing or something? The way the AI gets to its destination. Well currently the AI still move around weirdly most of the time, so I really don’t see how removing that system helped anything much. But guess i wouldnt know cos I’m not a dev. But, i do know that I’d personally rather have a couple small maps where they could fix all the problems they were having with the system by setting it all up right etc., than having lots of maps with the character animations/movement they have now.
