an idea for the Elephant mission redesign
The enemy is meant to be mostly untrained but heavily planned. (this is the max difficulty variation where he gave himself drugs) (Might do another variation where he bought police gears as an attempt to "blend in". )
The gun fires hunting style soft points that actually have very low penetration value.
From an animation standpoint the guy basically will attempt to hipfire using the flashlight as a guidance mechanism

Just finished the hermit, for the last mission I brought the B13 shotgun and had my teammates use the Beanbag shotgun
In all other missions I brought 4 Beanbag ammo and 2 pistol AP mags, to kill some hard-to-reach enemies
2 Veterans, 1 Nutritionist, 1 armorer
It was the last mission so I just killed them from afar to get through it faster. All 4 officers went from "Content" to "High Stress Alert" in one mission.
