Since I installed the game I can't launch it on steam I'm stuck on a UE4 prerequisite steam window

If i launch it directly via the exe in the game no problem, does someone already encounter this problem?

Ok just found a work around

Once the game is installed, reboot pc, empty steam local cache through download parameters, and enjoying bow the game 🙂

When loading into a map the game will lower the texture quality by alot for whatever reason

I'm playing on a 4gb card and I use the medium texture quality option

I've only noticed issues like this with the recent update

Hey everyone! I've been having some issues with my flashlight not bouncing off the walls and illuminating the room very well. Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this issue? Here are two screenshots me and a friend took of the same room, for comparison

Yes nvg mod, more ammo, more slots, 9bang flash and fm53 mod

Remove the nore ammo mod.

If it still doesn't work

Remove all of your mods

Do you have flashlight bounce light enabled in settings?

when i checked now it was on. but yes, it was definitely an issue with that setting, as when i turn it off in the lobby i get the exact same effect. i honestly overlooked that setting when i looked through the graphics settings, so i'm guessing it must've been turned off that mission or something, and i can probably just fix it by turning it off and on again.

@stone yarrow it's possible the mod map is outdated. First time loading a modded map takes a few minutes

Re-install the mod map. It's a mod issue not base game

@stone yarrow Mods are not precached like base game maps, so they will take longer to load in the first time around, says so on the bottom right of the loading menu

Depends on your PC and connection to host, its recommended to load the map first in singleplayer then join MP

i have 0 idea where to ask this so it goes here. Since the most recent update on Ready or Not i have been getting issues. I've been reinstalling the game, verifying the files, updated drivers, no overlays, and for whatever reason i still get the same error. Its made it so i cannot play at all and i dont really know what else i can do. I can load up the game to copy the exact error if needed, but the brief summary is it gives me a LowLevelFatalError regarding some 2d texture

i just want it fixed finally so i can keep playing with my friends. For more context I can boot up the game, but once i attempt to load into a lobby it will make me crash and give me said error

ive tried reinstalling and verifying files because it says its a corrupted file if its a LowLevel but i do not know what else to do

Follow the steps here exactly as described, you'll likely have to reinstall, and if that doesn't work its likely related to your device

i return as i now i have a different error. My cloud was unable to initially sync and i resynced it and this new error showed up

i have the photo and can dm it to you, im going to verify the files once again

one thing i noticed as well during the installation is it decided to have a disk error during it so i hope verifying again will fix it

Yeah nah, have done 3 tours of the map spamming F and shooting randomly. Have previously cleared it multiple times before. Its a bug.

It is not. Suspects don't spawn out of bounds.

They have spawn pre-sets.
