Any time I install mods and do the reset, once the game comes back on I get an error of corrupt data, I then verify the files through steam and it says all is okay, but I have to delete mod and save data to even open the game back up, used to never have this issue

[SOLVED] Hey there, I'm having kinnd of a "pixelization problem." I initially thought it might be caused by some mods, but I've removed all of them, and the issue persists.

Everything was functioning correctly until yesterday, and then last night, it started exhibiting this problem. It appears as squared pixels around the map and flickers as I move.

I am not aware of any changes to the P2P system, you're still connecting across far distances even if you try to change where the game thinks you are

By the way, I noticed that any audio files that I change are deleted by themselves and the default ones are returned without deletion during verification of steam files

Deleting the the modified files is just a precaution just in case steam misses them but generally steam does recognize the modified files and sets them back to original.

I have reinstalled my graphics drivers, reinstalled the game, verified file integrity, i changed my gpu (3060) power management settings to be maximum, cleared all mods / data even though I don't have any installed, changed graphics settings increasing/decreasing with no effect, my friend also tried disabling server side checksum and so did I to see if I fixed anything

I can't hear the AI teamates I was modding when It broke so

I've been having an issue with the P92X handgun and not being able to attach any lasers except for the flashlight, and the CS grenades as well as the Stinger grenades are not lighting up green as if they are properly equipped. So I'm new here and I have this odd issue I haven't found in #known-issues or doing a few server searches.

It goes like so:
While I look around in first person view my mouse buttons have the relatively frequent tendency to become unresponsive when on the screen the mouse cursor would be approximately in the upper right corner of the screen. Or maybe just center right, can't really be sure.
At first I thought Windows 10 (64bit) System Explorer info panel activation was messing with Ready or Not so I turned it off, since it did in-fact appear in-game on screen.
However, turning it off simply made the panel/s not appear, but didn't solve the occasional unresponsiveness issue.

I mostly notice it with the MMB tactical menu. And when I encounter this nuisance I do a 360° turn to the left so I can look at the same direction without this presumable screen-cursor conflict.
I play in 4k. Not modded. It affects all mouse buttons! Just checked!
When I ALT-TAB twice and go back to game and don't move my mouse from the unresponsive position, the game allows me ONE mouse click, and then the bug returns.

After another verify-run Steam now found 8 missing files (exactly those pak files that were missing before) looking good so far. Maybe the Steam servers had some kind of desync issue where the 1.0 files weren't fully rolled out to all regions and people who updated too early got only half the files? Only reason I can think of it would affect so many people.
