Do you have a dedicated gpu, or are you using the integrated gpu? If you are using the integrated gpu, you are going to struggle a lot. You might get 30fps at 720p or 1080p if you are lucky. This game also uses a lot of ram, so the 8gb might slow you down too.

Yeah, ready or not is kind of hard to run on old PCs. I am using a gtx 970 and get between 40 and 60 fps. An integrated gpu will perform worse than that, so expect 30fps or less.

Alright, I'm at the end of self-troubleshooting, so figured I'd shoot something here. I've been trying for the past several hours to play the game for more than 2 minutes. It always crashes in different places, but I haven't been able to play more than 5 minutes before a crash. I've gone through all the steps in the pinned comments, re-installed the game multiple times, including a full re-install, AppData and all, got all my OS and driver updates, etc. etc. No mods, just fresh everything.

hey ive been playing the game since near launch and i sent a message on twitter got rerouted to discord and never bothered because its tedious but when the the adam update came out made the game unplayable for me and i was dissapointed because i was super excited for this update anytime i tried to load single player or join a friend or even host a lobby before i load into it just crashes as seing as i cant get refunded for the game i thought i would atleast say something no hard felings at all for the game its so amazing and i had so much fun playing so i was super dissapointed when it had the massive graphic overhaul and my pc wasnt able to keep up with the game so a game i paid 30 bucks for i havent played in almost a year and wont get to play

Select the third option when launching the game through steam.
If you don't receive the options when launching the game in steam than right click the game in your library and go to properties, under the general tab will be launch options to the right of that will be a drop down menu you can select clean save/mod data option to fix your issue and I recommend keeping it on ask when starting game for the future if it isn't already.

That's correct when it comes to the host having a movement mod you don't it will cause jitter in your movement and slow you down if you're not using kevlar or ceramic plates.

I mean if the mods are still there then getting the original files isn't gonna help because that won't do anything to the added in mods files.
Clearing your mod/save data should've worked but Idk mod guide says to open the crash reporter manually which should be fine but perhaps you should open the clean save/mod data option in steam instead.
I mean if that were the case then deleting all your game files and reinstalling would've worked.

You have gunfighter right? Well if you have the movement for that installed and people who join your lobby don't they'll experience jittering in their movement and if they have steel armor equipped that'll cause them to move slowly.
So for the slowness you can tell them to switch to kevlar or ceramic and for the jittering they'll also have to install the mod to fix that.

The beginning of the map runs fine, reaching even 90 to 100 fps, but after a while of playing performance drops drastically
It's not even necessarily because of action, after everything settles down my performance begins to dwindle

When I load the game in, and get to the main screen, my cursor does not go passed a certain point to the right and to a certain point down.
My first game, my gun was to the bottom right of my screen as I was playing.

On Port and Hotel we encountered no bugs tho. Why on Farm? Is it because they changed it to daytime? (I only remember it at nighttime)
My question for clarification to people who want to read it again (I thought I sent it into the wrong channel):
(I have a question: Is the lighting on the farm supposed to be this bad or is that a technical issue?
For example in the tunnels the players are bright/glowing white while the shadows are extremely black.
In addition to this the entire outside world mirrors in the glass of the ballistic shield, even when inside or in the tunnels.
Lastly whenever entering the tunnels it is so dark that you can't see anything for a few seconds and when exiting the tunnels it is so bright that you can't see anything for a few seconds.
I have no issues on any other maps, nor have my 4 teammates who all had the same problem. )

Farm is just farm, it has a lot of issues and always has. It was a night map before and is now day, so I can't imagine that helped.
Port has different issues with lighting, some of the doors have weird lighting patterns or the fog is inconsistent, and scopes overall are dim/unusable on the map
Hotel is.. fine? But its also inside and is kinda dark compared to newer maps
If I had to guess the other maps were prioritized in the lighting update while Farm, port, and hotel were basically patched together. They lost modes in the update (except for farm) because the lighting system broke other modes

Yep that's the only way to make the reticle any better atm because currently in the game the reticles on some maps are practically invisible with how dim they are.

Their names being bugged is a common issue that doesn't have a fix as far as I'm aware but if their names aren't invisible than their names are all Judge or perhaps even Prescott though I suppose that would be better than whatever you got going on.
You could always try verifying your game files though to see if that fixes anything.

Verifying the integrity will look over all the games files so if anything is corrupt or missing it'll reinstall those files for you.
