It is and there is only nvidia gpu on motherboard. Sadly it didn't help even if I put everything on low. I suspect it is kind of vysnc issue, but whether I disable in game and ncp at the same time, still it is there

With an nvidia gpu you can also increase or uncap your shader cache size which can smooth out stutters over time.
Just keep an eye on the disk usage.
And disable any overlays like afterburner, discord, windows gamebar etc

Looked at it myself I get the same issue modded or not and it's only that particular gun so I think it's just bugged unless someone else can prove they have the other attachments working on it.

Yea that'll do that to steel armor I mean by default you will be slower but not with such a huge disparity between other armors.

Recently I switched from playing from a 3440x1440p back down to 1920x1080p since I had to pack up my ultrawide. I haven't yet set it up and was booting into the game and realized the game has me locked in a small 1920x1080p "box" and retained the 3440x1440p scaling. you should get a CRISP 20-30 FPS max. whcih i mean GTA 5 on 8th gen consoles is hardcapped to like 20 something FPS so its not bad

If you have the 4GB VRAm version of RX580 for some reason, you absolutely have to be mindful of your video settings, else you'll run out of VRAM.

From the sounds of it you don't have enough memory to play, I'm not sure what caused it to start now of all times, but I can only recommend reinstalling the game (clean install) as a last resort and try then. You might also have to close outside apps while playing the game

Hit the windows button and type display, then view the settings their monitor is set to. Make sure they have their main as the one they want, and make sure that their multiple displays setting is "extend"
They can also try hitting alt + enter on load and then tweaking their resolution and video setting

Set your headset and microphone as default on windows sound settings, then compare to in-game and do the same. If you are using 3rd party calls at the same time, try disabling mic exclusivity on Windows. Try switching to team channel to speak using L. Verify the game files, make sure Windows is up to date, restart your computer, etc

Use DirectX 11 version and clear your game cache there is plenty of stuff on google if your not sure where it is. I had this issue when switching between DX11 and DX12 versions. Dunno if this helps you

It is not unique to RoN, I picked up the issue back when I was apart of the Phasmophobia team. Controllers could cause FPS to tank hard while playing.

If you are also using a VPN, that could be a issue.
Try changing your Steam download region (library > Steam on top left > downloads > download region) then try again.
You acn also try launching the game or steam in admin and see if that helps. Verifying the game files as well

If that is popping up every time you hit play, then you have set that as the default option. Right click the game > properties > launch options > drop down menu > ask on launch
Don't set a default launch option if you want to be able to switch DX version or use the mod remover
