With the latest update VOID stated that scores will be kept even if you have mods installed, Came back to play and noticed that my scores have been wiped and I can no longer register scores on maps.

I'm currently having a major problem with ping. Ever since the Adam update, I have not been able to host a server with 5 people or more. I know that I have shitty internet but I have been able to host servers with no problem in this game since February until the Adam update came out. Whenever I am hosting a server with 5 people, the ping would spike to 1000 before kicking everyone from the server. I have tried everything from verifying game files, reinstalling the game, clearing mods and save data, and even had my internet service provider reconfigure my router.

Weapon mods can only replace existing weapons, double check that they really aren't, and check what date the mod was updated/uploaded

Basically if you subscribe to the mods you want then clear mods and then boot the game, reinstall them, restart and then start it you’ll get the same problem but if you just continue and start lobby then you should have the mods. A: try the following steps

1. Verify the game files (right click on Steam > Properties > Local files > Verify integrity) #💬general-discussion message
2. If you have any mods, remove them by unsubbing from the mod ( or just manually delete the mod fromC:\Users\Public\mod.io\3791\mods) and verify the game files (delete the .pak folder if necessary)
3. Update your drivers and windows (even to optional build, or even manual install)
4. Temporarily disable anti-viruses and test if issue persists
5. If all else fails, do a clean reinstall below:
   Uninstall Ready or Not on Steam
   Navigate to Steam > Steamapps > Common > Delete "ReadyorNot"
   Navigate to %appdata% > local (%appdata by default is roaming) > delete "ReadyorNot"
   Reinstall the game via Steam

I have a 3070ti and a ryzen 9 5900x and I still get low fps randomly on dx11 or 12 and i definitely dont run on epic but I do run it at 1440p. I also get some really strange shader glitches where instead of a shadow its a blocky void.

The blocky void is due to shotguns, it's a known problem, for everything else I would recommend capping your FPS in-game to 60, switching to fullscreen or windowed, and try playing on a smaller monitor/display if applicable. Some things I found helped (last patch) on my own experimenting

Nah shotguns have nothing to do with the voids as they pop up consistently on only 2 maps(gas staion and park street) and always in the same spots. I will NEVER waste my monitor or my eyes on 60 fps ever again. The more bullets you put into a head the more it deforms, it ends up looking like a weird mesh error

yeah i just looked up some footage, that part seems to be working just fine. 🙂 The new bleeding and rdr2 style geysers of blood have been amazing as well and the amount of people that aren't dead right away from their wounds seems very realistic. Many huge improvements on the adam update for sure. Makes pistol runs a lot of fun especially in the hospital and crack house raids.

Ok. So after I updated my graphics driver I uninstalled went to where the game was installed deleted the Ready or Not folder. Installed the game and tested it in dx12 at 2560x1440 with epic texture and high shadow, post processing, anti-aliasing, medium vfx, and high view distance. I got 120-200 fps with insane stuttering every few seconds. I tried turning frame limiter on at 120 with no improvement played through gas station like that and swapped to dx11. Dx11 runs smooth 98% of the time now. I ran everything the same as on dx12 for the first run on gas station with no stuttering. so now im running everything on epic except for vfx and post processing on high and im still getting 120 -180 fps without stuttering I just ran through gas station and the crack houses twice and all my shader problems have been fixed, I cant see the "seams" in the doors where they fall apart now, I haven't seen any texture glitches yet, although the blood puddles of bodies that are always on the map don't like to load in unless im right in top of them. Sorry for the essay I hope this helps you.

Hey maybe one of you guys can help me or have experienced this before. So is started RoN a few hours ago. Typically i can run the game at Epic Settings no problem and no issues. But today it somehow took very much RAM. I have 16 Gigabytes of DDR4-3200 Mhz RAM in combination with a Ryzen 9 5900X and a Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 Super (yes i know this bottlenecks). When i started the game it started stuttering immediately and took just about 9 Gigabytes(right after the start of Ron) of my 16 Gigabytes of RAM. This has never happened before and before you ask yes. there is a 7 Gigabyte Headroom but of course Windows and other Applications running do take up almost 7 Gigabytes of RAM on my System.

For those with FPS drops and crashes still and use ReShade, I'd recommend uninstalling it for now. I was previously able to play well at 80+ with configs before Adam #5 but now it's causing crashes/FPS drops even with the switch to DX11. Back to smooth sailing after disabling ReShade.

Since the previous patch my mate and I are seeing messed up reflections everywhere. In the starting area by the mirror the reflected image is distorted and the same is happening in game maps with our reflections meaning we can see ghrough windows. The shield window is also often blinding when light shines. This happens on dx11 and dx12 any ideas?

ngl the game is fine (or was fine bc the new hotfix ruined performance) you just have to install it on an ssd (my friend installed it on an hdd and had really bad performance while me on the ssd with overall worse pc got more fps)
i really hope the performance that we had before this hotfix comes back and hopefully improves even more for the lower end systems aswell (used to have a gtx970 so ik the pain of having a lower end pc and it really sucks ngl)

VRAM out of memory crashes, bought the game played for straight 2-3 hours on epic/high mix without any problems (60-90 fps). Then game crashed, after restart it crashes on lobbys or entering missions due not enough vmemory even with the lowest settings and resolution. Checked the game files, updated driver, ran as admin tried dx11,dx12. As soon as i open the game the gpu usage jumps to 90%i+ ish and only lowers on black screen loading areas etc.

Hello I have a problem when I launch the game with my friend and he invites me via steam or I click his name in the bottom right corner of the main menu it puts me in the loading screen with 100% all the time and does nothing or kicks me out to the main menu and says "the connection to the host has been lost". Heya, i've just tried to play tonight with two friends and they both are stuck on "Update paused" on Steam, tried the usual stuff, tried deleting the "Downloading" folder here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\downloading
and downloading
but these didn't fix the issue.
The only thing we haven't tried yet is a full delete/uninstall then a reinstall

Unfortunately a full reinstall of 100GB is not a great solution so we will try again tomorrow.

I'm having a really weird issue, I swapped to a lower resolution monitor but the game still thinks it needs to display in the older, higher resolution, so when it does this it effectively displays part of the game offscreen and makes much of the screen (including the settings button) inaccessible. Hey, this might be a really simple graphical problem on my part but whenever I boot up the game and move into the armoury the mirror seems to have a black smog with the mesh's only loading in at a very very certain distance and even then disappearing after a second or so.

Its not the biggest problem but i'd just check to see if it was fixable.

Hi, after the update the game keeps crashing. The game will load the menu and then crash whenever I load into a lobby. Settings are on lowest. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and that didn't work either. Drivers are updated and so is windows. Mod files and save files are cleared. need some help with this

3. Update your drivers and windows (even to optional build, or even manual install)
4. Temporarily disable anti-viruses and test if issue persists
5. If all else fails, do a clean reinstall below:

   Navigate to Steam > Steamapps > Common > Delete "ReadyorNot"
