So my game worked fine last time I played it before Adam update, and I didn't even realize it was out yet, I used to have mods in my game, I don't know if that could be causing this from being outdated. Anyways, when I launch the game, in either directx 11 or 12, the game starts and shows the Ready or Not logo and goes to the black screen as if its about to start, however, it just get stuck in the black screen and does nothing. In task manager it just says its not responding as soon as the game opens. I've verified integrity, reinstalled, updated graphics drivers, reset my pc and I'm just at a loss. Would anyone be able to tell me what's wrong with my graphics? I'm sure discord destroyed the quality but everything is super grainy and the mirror is pitch black. I just reinstalled RoN after the update, I'm using the default epic graphics settings and last time I played everything look great.

The mirror is intentionally disabled due to systemwide performance issues

How to disable film grain:

C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\Local\ReadyOrNot\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor open engine.ini with notepad and add

Ever since the update I am constantly getting a corruption error for the game as soon as I open it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and verify the files. Nothing works

Right click the game on Steam > manage > local files, and send a picture of Steam\Steamapps\common\Ready or Not\ReadyorNot\Content\Paks

Delete the mod.io folder then verify the game files and see if it launches

Make sure you navigate to the specific folder it mentions, users mix it up with another section, but also that you launch it as administrator

I'm not sure what to recommend if you're under specs, I'm not technical enough in that regard, more like memorizing specific errors and fixes

Hey after the Adam update my performance has significantly dipped. I have an i5-8600k, 16 GB of ram, and a GTX 1080. Before my fps was capped at 120 and steady, post update I'm not staying above 75. Any ideas? Thank you

It's hard to say, are you using DX11 or 12? And what graphic settings?

Hmmm, I'm not technical enough to know if your specs are good or not tbh, I would say to disable overlays like Geforce/Discord/Steam and see if it improves it

I'd recommend making sure your drivers are up to date along with windows, verify the game files again, and if nothing works do a clean reinstall:

• Delete RoN via Steam
• Navigate to Steam\Steamapps\Common > delete ReadyorNot
• Type %localappdata% into the top search bar, delete ReadyorNot
• Reinstall via Steam
