I think on the evidence room we could either be looking for a special gun or a special knife. The lily profile picture is what seems to be a lost member with a gun to their head. This could have a further meaning than just the code we got from it. Their may be a special enscribed gun or something in the evidence room. I personally think it's the knife though. If the last message we got does use the Bible verse than we may be looking for something people may have used to gouge their eyes out physically. Yeah it’s been going on since 2019. The original one was called Carcosa but it was scrapped and reworked (presumably for drawing a little too heavily from True Detective) into The Sepulchre. Read the pinned document for more but basically it’s supposedly a buildup to a reveal of an in-universe faction called the Mariposa Lily Organization (MLO) which is made up of former cops and military. May have some ties to MK-Ultra based on podcast audio from the Ridgeline level.
