im not too sure i S ranked all missions to get that watch, so i kept all the same officers i would recomend checking reddit or steam forums

1. An officer quits because their stress levels is too high
2. Officer death
3. Firing an officer doesn’t automatically, as long as it doesn’t create a chain where another officer resigns due to stress.

Although firing officers can increase the stress levels of your team which may lead to resignation

best advice for the Dev watch is to do it non lethal as best as you can, if your officers get stressed send them straight to therapy, on the mission elephant send your officers straight to therapy after because they will auto stress

I had this exact same problem and honestly, you just gotta move fast. Throw in flashbangs as soon as you can and move very fast. You also have to be quiet, as if they’re alerted they’re more likely to take hostages and kill them. Took me ages to do.

Depends what map. Large open areas probably get a g3a3, mk17, or any battle rifle really. Close and compact maps get an AR like an MCX, mk18 etc. personally I like the HK416 as an all rounder.

They have amazing stopping power capable to incapacitate hostiles in a shot or two, but usually aren’t a very reliable weapon and not as versatile as an AR or BR. Definitely take a shotgun if your map is very CQB oriented like 23 megabytes or dorms. But otherwise I’d just stick to an AR.
