The objective is straightforward and not hard to complete, if you spray & pray against every suspect then you will never complete that objective.

The general principle around grenades is simple. Do you have a wide empty room? Use a flash. Do you have a room with lots of props like tables, closets ..., then use a stinger.

Stingers do not kill unless you throw it right under suspects feet, furthermore I believe it just gets them unconscious

Theres no difference in either modes, you still get trophies if you arent doing causal, the only difference is you are a lone wolf, no back up, just yourself plus its better if you do it yourself, you can test your limits and see how far you can go without help

and if you are just going for completion and not S tier the SA-58 OSW is your go to gun if you are accurate, 1 tap to the chest is an incapacitation or 2 taps for a KIA but be careful cause if you hit a civ you have to restart or you can continue

I mean Idk if playstation's trophies are different then steam achievements on PC but there are specific achievements only obtainable via playing the commander mode such as completing the game on ironman mode which is only available through commander mode.

But aside from that some people just want to play the commander mode to play it I guess some people like managing their team's stress levels or whatever.

The Tactician should be a gold trophy tbh cause only relying on deployables, tact gear and bash is one hell of an achievement
