Yeah, lots of games and companies do not allow chargebacks, doing so will get your account banned. But there are also very understanding ones. For example there was a free month for WoT+ and Wargaming has no refund policy on that as well. I noticed at 2 AM that in the evening I got charged for it and said to my self "it won't hurt to ask for my money back", not only did they respond in 2 hours, within 2 hours they gave me my money back.

Many years ago an officer was killed gunned down by a suspect with an automatic MAC 10. Hit 11 times, 7 of which were in the vest. The vest stopped all 7 rounds and coroner report showed none of those 7 caused any injuries that could've been fatal.

Armor is extremely effective at keeping you in the fight and "broken ribs/internal injuries/getting knocked on your ass by impact" are for the most part conjecture
