so basically depending on how you do you’re mission, for example if you kill all suspects or if an officer gets killed, your ai teammates will become stressed and anxious (they’ll probably become stressed if you don’t use non lethal) and if you don’t send them to therapy early on they could become more stressed and end up in a crisis leading them to retire

and you can open the tablet and swap out officers or send them to therapy

Unlocking traits: officers need to be in your ACTIVE roster to have a chance of Unlocking. Actually Unlocking triats just requires you to play missions with that officer in your squad (obviously with them dying) I spammed the first mission

tbh I might do this on some missions and then run lethal on neon tomb and relapse etc the harder missions, because non lethal should keep your officers fine but I’m pretty sure sending your officer to therapy doesn’t count as losing an officer, it only counts as losing an officer when they get killed or retire

if any officers become stressed etc early you could send them to therapy

I will say the biggest thing I have to advise about this game is updates are few and far between with little to no info about what is coming. Bugs that existed in the 2020 build still exist and bugs that were introduced in the July update have gone unfixed as well.

Don't get me wrong, the game is fun and my 600+ hours since buying it in 2020 have been worth it, but it only has so much replay-ability until it becomes repetitive and stale

Dunno, I finally caved and bought the game after I found out it's a spiritual successor to SWAT 4, used to play it a lot
