the AI are kinda shitty in this game. if you have enough space, aiming at their brain basket will also make them move

you use Russian police tactics but we can't kidnap the suspects family too beat up so besides that part

Yea don’t get me wrong I love this game. The mods are end less and there’s always 100 other ways to complete a a mission but to me. I feel like I’ve been through the game a lot I beat the all the dlcs and the game. But maybe next dlc I’ll pick it back up and run the game again
