There's no canted optics. You can still just cant and use a laser or "feel it out" though.

joyshockmapper is a program that lets you use a controller's rotation like a mouse

so you point the thing at the thing you want to shoot and get mouse like precision with no aim assist

its more of a case of it conflicting with the native controller support so i have to use hidhide to make the game not "see" the controller as a controller

since it uses mouse and kb outputs instead of controller outputs

it works great for games that don't have native controller support like cs

but for games like hitman 3 where you can only have a mouse kb or a controller active at a time you have to use hidhide so it cant see the controller while you use jsm

i also use a trackpad and magic keyboard for pointer control/text input so a controller is just better

i can also have 8 actions on my fingers + movement on the thumb because of gyro aim since i dont need a stick to aim

In any case my opinion is that you should try to play with both if you face performance issues and stick with the one that works better for you.
