Ive never liked and disliked a game at the same time like Ready or Not. On one hand, the simulator type gameplay is fun. But on the other hand, i feel restricted by not having friends and playing with bots bc:

1. You can't really use lethal weapons if u want s rank.
2. Minor mistakes drop your rank so quickly
3. Team Ai is at the same time competent, but also extremely incompetent and useless. I can't rely on them to clear a room, without them turning their backs down a long hallway, getting themselves killed in the process. Also, they don't properly respond to threats.
4. Half the kit feels useless.

I kinda don't know what to do. Perhaps, i should go back to just playing lethal and enjoy the fun, ig ?

Bc considering how much of a threat some of these scenarios present, it's very ridiculous to attempt to go in there with just pepperguns. I tried lethal weapons for a while, and i kinda liked it bc i actually felt like the enemy ai would take me seriously, but at the same time, i also felt like even a+ was impossible

i know i'm just hindering myself by being a completionist

Yeah I like playing lethal but still use appropriate calibers for the mission so I don’t kill every suspect. Ie: using 5.56 for missions where there is no armor or light armor, using 7.62 for heavy armor missions.

I like the game I would say its biggest strength is its gunplay. Guns have recoil and you don’t have an ammo counter. You can’t shoot everyone right away if you want a good score for a mission and you can die quickly thanks to the enemies having good firepower as well (depending the mission) biggest downside bugs.
