I primarily snipe, I honestly feel like it balances it out pretty nicely

Since there's no way to detect a sniper other than shot direction and visual confirmation, it makes to so that you either need to kill or disable on the first shot or you risk losing your target

That or you make sure a target is so caught out that you've got time to make followups

It takes genuine skill to track and kill target, I like that
